Hello! My name is Mandy Reed, and I have been dedicated to serving the insurance needs of our community since 2021. With almost two decades of experience, I take pride in providing exceptional service to my customers.

We provide service and support to my customers. I have never been a big believer that insurance is a profession that you grow up wanting to do, but it found me and it’s truly my first love! I'm passionate about taking good care of people in time of need. I guess you could say that I'm a "fixer" by nature. It brings me great joy to go the extra mile in all that I do.

Whether it’s meeting you at the scene of an accident with a hug, dropping off lunch when you’ve been up all night with an issue at your home, meeting you at the time of a fire, or just a cup of coffee to catch up and talk about your plans for the day. These examples are just small ways that make my job worth it and allow me to feel fulfilled in my duty as your State Farm Agent.

At the heart of my agency is a fantastic team of four dedicated professionals who share my passion for helping others. We truly love coming to work each day, and our collaborative spirit makes us feel like family. Together, we strive to create a welcoming environment where our customers feel valued and understood.

I believe in treating my customers the way I would want to be treated—focusing on their needs first. This philosophy drives everything we do, and it’s reflected in our commitment to going above and beyond.

I also love to share the heartfelt moments we experience with our customers through my radio commercials, known as "Mandy Moments." These stories highlight the unexpected ways my team and I show up for our customers, reinforcing the importance of building lasting relationships.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by participating in water fitness classes at the YMCA, a newfound love for canvas painting, all things coffee, shopping, etc.
